About​ the ​Artist

 JES’s is a "pinoy", an award-winning landscape photographer hobbyist currently based in Kuwait. Jes loves the outdoors so it was but natural for him to focus on landscape photography, capturing forms in light and shadows. He has been fascinated with the beauty of God's given nature in its full glory. He strives for excellence in capturing the world around him thru his lens.

Has won several prestigious competitions like the HIPA-Hamdan Int'l Photography Award, IPA-Int'l Photography Awards, Epson Int'l Pano Awards, NIkonMEA, PanasonicMEA, Kuwait Grand Photography Award, ViewBug and the recent ND-Neutral Density Photography Awards 2015 which was awarded as GOLD Medal (1st Place) in Nature_Landscape category. His photographs have been featured in Popular Photography Magazine - USA, Lonely Planet Traveller Magazine Middle East and Illustrado Magazine-UAE.
